Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of dried white tea leaves
- 1 large watermelon, cubed
- 4-5 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 2-3 tablespoons of honey (optional)
- Ice cubes
Directions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the dried white tea leaves and rosemary sprigs, then remove from heat and let steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the leaves and rosemary. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, puree the cubed watermelon until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice.
- Combine the cooled tea and watermelon juice in the pitcher. Add honey if desired, and stir well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice and garnish with additional rosemary sprigs.
