Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon balm, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 slices of whole grain bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: microgreens for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, dill, lemon balm, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
